It's mainly watercolour, which tends to look more grainy, as opposed to acrylic and watercolour like I tend to paint with generally. That might be why. :]

Very well done, as usual. Though the legs seem like they should be a bit further up the couch considering her position, but then again she's a cat.
Your paintings always make me want to pick up a brush and start doing water colors, they really are fantastic and inspiring.

I love the composition of this piece. It reminds me how much I really need to work on background and detail myself. I love the small "insignificant" things in this piece like the picture on the wall and the bonzai tree on the windowsill! :3

Really nice pic. Love the way you can put such a large human element into anthro art. Her room, clothing, and her behavior all have a very real feeling to it. The sunlight shining in is a nice effect as well. Really peaceful picture. Is the poster/painting in the back based off something that’s actually in your room?
