dls were stable yesterday but they've started borking out again today bleh
Amazingly I just started a FB download and it completed perfectly at 200kB/s the whole way. Followed up with a K2S d/l which is also seemingly going OK too so far, though at a slower 75kB/s rate.
they've mostly been dropping for me today bleh

What I do is load the full video file in AVIdemux and using the segment lengths from the ITC website I skip through to the frame numbers of the joins (they are very easy to identify in 99.9% of cases). Then with those time stamps, I import them into MKVToolNix as chapter markers and remux the video into a MKV with chapters. Name the chapters with the pun-filled names of the segments again from the ITC website and finally remux the whole thing back into a MP4 again with segment named chapters using XMedia Recode. This then gives you a full contiguous MP4 video with chapters for all the segments named with the segment names from the ITC website all lossless without any recoding.
It's quicker and easier to do this with the individual segments as separate files, but it's still possible with just a single complete file of the whole video all pre-joined together. Either way, the end result is the same.
